People often ask me how I am so healthy when I eat such vast amounts of fruits. I look at them and I understand the misconception that fruit is the worst thing for you. Truth is, it’s the complete opposite. Fruits are the healthiest thing you can give to the body. They have the highest electromagnetic frequency of any food/energy source. Electromagnetic energy is rated in units of angstroms. (Bet you had no idea right? I sure didn’t)
The higher the quantity of angstroms, the higher the energy of the food, the more energy into the cells of the body. A healthy human body frequency is about 6,500 angstroms. Cancer patients have around 4,875 angstroms. (You will observe in metadata studies that people who develop cancer consume low vibrational, highly acidic and mucus generating foods that attach the body) High angstroms foods have a alkaline PH to them, which is why people who manifest disease reverse the process once they fruit/plant based diet.
Every cell in the body require sugar. Sugar is carbon, foods high in sugar are cabs (carb*hy*drates) carbon is essential to the body. Each cell must have sufficient oxygen, fructose/glucose to convert simple sugars into ATP (pure energy) for life processes of the cell via aerobic oxidation. Lastly a balance of sodium and potassium must be maintained in and around the cell always. Fruits are higher in antioxidants and astringents and move you lymphatic system (talked on last week’s blog) better than any vegetable. Fruit being a simple sugar is superior for diabetes and gastric conditions. Fructose isn’t broken into glucose, it is digested and absorbed into the blood stream immediately, requiring no insulin, conversion and little digestive enzymes. (Will not put a strain on the body)
Starches (breads, pastas, flours etc.) are complex carbs, long chains that leave behind sugar waste the body can’t metabolize. They are acidic and inflammatory foods. Unlike fruits, starches require insulin to enter the cell. “We are mean for simple sugars, not complex sugars. We are meant for simple fatty acids, not fats. We are meant for amino acids, not proteins.
